About the clinic

Excellent customer service. Patient safety. Clinical accountability.

Eating and drinking are about much more than nutrition – they are central to your health and daily life. Persistent nausea, vomiting, severe heartburn or difficulty swallowing can affect work, wellbeing and every aspect of everyday activity.

To address this need for specialised care, Spire Manchester established one of the UK's first independent clinics focused on advanced treatments for the upper gastrointestinal tract. The team combines years of experience with leading expertise in managing functional disorders of the stomach and oesophagus, particularly motility-related conditions.

Gastroparesis (gastric paralysis) is a key area of focus. As a certified digestive centre, the clinic also provides patients with access to gastric pacemaker therapy. Learn more about Enterra® Therapy →
